Finch Agroecology is a small regenerative farm in Lillklobb, Espoo that combines permaculture design and agroecological techniques. During the visit, Joshua Finch will take us on a tour around the farm and show us what it takes to build healthy soils, promote biodiversity, and summon pollinators in a semi-urban environment.Joshua will lead a guided tour of the farm and share his insights, theory experience, and designs. At the end of the tour you will have a chance to purchase high-quality local produce directly from the farm.

Finch Agroecology is the result of years of study and effort by permaculture designer Joshua Finch. Joshua's primary goal is to inspire others to practice forms of landscape management that respects life and our planet together. Modern agriculture is undergoing a revolution as farmers increasingly embrace agroecological models for their operations. Finch Agroecology is on the forefront of this change, implementing production patterns that treat the farm as indivisible from the local ecosystem and world at large.
The Lillklobb site has an 800 year agricultural legacy - the farm was abandoned for many years, but it has now been revitalized through modern agroecological land use. Apart from being a commercial farm, Lillklobb has also been set up as a living model for those who wish to learn about permaculture, agroecology and holistic farming solutions. Annual vegetables, perennial tree crops, and livestock will all find their place as the permaculture design unfolds.
