We’re excited to be bring you Tough Mucka 2024, a gruelling obstacle course designed to push your physical and mental limits. By stepping outside your comfort zone to take on the course, you are helping us support the mental health of children and young people on the Isle of Man.We can't do it without you.
Choose to take part in our 7.5km or 12km course. (It's the same length at last year, we just measured it wrong!!!!) You can enter as an individual or as a team of 3. The event is perfect for corporate teams.
Two age categories are available:
- Ages 15-18 (in full time education): Whilst tickets are free, participants are encouraged to fundraise for Isle Listen.
- Adults: £35.
Under 15s can take part in our summer event: Tough Mucka Junior!!!
