This is a heart-centred, comfort-zone-based workshop to lead you into deep relaxation through nervous system regulation and co-regulation. Singing together and consensual platonic touch are both proven ways to experience oxytocin release - that yummy warm safe feeling.
The session includes:
- playful structures for acknowledging and communicating desires for platonic touch
- exploring your voice: learning and singing some beautiful simple songs
- Sonic Spooning: being enveloped in voices and live cello
- dropping into listening with your ears and whole body
- hot drinks, a gorgeous venue, lovely people
Everyone is in choice and there is no expectation for anyone to do anything they don't want to.
We are queer-led, and actively create kind and welcoming spaces - inclusive, neurodivergent- / queer-friendly environments, for all genders. We welcome feedback and opportunities for our ongoing development.
