Touching Water and the Moon: Sacred Movement and Energy Healing (theme will change month to month)
This unique class integrates movement and energy healing to create a deep, embodied experience of your physical and energetic anatomy. We’ll begin with mindful movement designed to prepare the body and mind, cultivating awareness and attention to both your physical body and energy body. Through this practice, you’ll tune into the subtle sensations that connect us to our unique energetic movements, allowing for a soft and present state for energy healing.
In the energy healing portion, we’ll gently explore our energy anatomy and flow—building awareness of how to nourish, release, and work with our energy body to enhance and inform our human experience.
November’s Theme: Honoring the Living and Not Living
This month, we’ll focus on the mysterious threshold between death and life. Savasana, the corpse pose, has served as your foundation for this exploration. We will gently delve further into the awareness of releasing fears, beliefs, personality, and ego as we touch the place where living and not living connect.

Instructor Bio:
Padma Borrego is a yoga and movement therapist, advanced bodyworker in Structural Integration, and Energy Awareness facilitator with over 25 years of experience. She is passionate about guiding individuals to deepen their connection with their bodies, find relief from pain and chronic symptoms, and rediscover the wisdom within. Through her work, Padma helps people experience greater freedom of movement and vitality, while becoming more in tune with their intuition and inner yes’s and no’s. Drawing from her own transformative journey, she empowers her clients to live in alignment with their body’s innate intelligence.
