TOTTG West Midlands Anniversary Meet!

You’re invited to celebrate Tea on the Tail Gate’s first anniversary with us! 🎉

We’ll be hosting a relaxed meet-up with:

Optional off-road course sessions (waiver required)

Optional camp-out overnight

🍴 Food & Drink Bring your own to enjoy!

We’re also hoping to have a couple of Land Rover–themed food vendors during the day and evening.

💰 Tickets & Costs

ONE TICKET PER VEHICLE (not per person)

There are two options - 1 FREE TICKET and 1 OPTIONAL DONATION TICKET.

You only need to get one ticket per vehicle eg. If you would like to make a donation, choose the donation ticket only and input your amount - this is still a ticket, not just a donation. Donations are very welcome to help cover our venue hire costs, however, in line with the TOTTG ethos, the event is free to attend.

We are hoping this may become our annual event so a suggested donation if looking to use the off road course is £10-20 per vehicle.

There will be a box available on the day for any cash donations as well if this is preferred!

Please CANCEL your ticket if you can no longer come in plenty of time so others don't miss out 😁

📢ALL vehicles need a ticket irrelevant of how long you plan on staying for. 📢

Vehicles without tickets will unfortunately be turned away, as numbers must be monitored for space and safety. ✨

Upon booking a ticket, there will be a link to the waiver form available in your booking email. Please complete this prior to the event irrelevant of using the off road course - this reduces paperwork on the day and means everyone is good to go!
