Redington-Fairview General Hospital (RFGH) is excited to offer our Total Wellness program (formerly Weigh To Go) in person, this fall! Total Wellness is RFGH's free community wellness program for adults 18+.Participants who join this 5-week program will learn about a variety of topics related to health and wellness. This class series will have interactive sessions on:
- Nutrition in Aging
- Vitamins and Supplements
- Understanding and Preventing Inflammation
- And More!
Participants will have the option to be weighed-in at each class, but it is not required.
