WHAT IS IT?
The TBT teaches participants how to strategically lose body fat and gain lean muscle mass over a 12 week, 3 phase diet and training program. The TBT is a weight loss challenge, offering prizes to contestants for the best results in that given time frame.

WHO IS THE CHALLENGE FOR?
• Anyone/everyone.
• Beginners – this program provides a blue print that answers all the questions people ask-
How much cardio, how much weight training, how many sets, reps. and what do I eat, how much and what supplements should I take?
• Intermediates- people who do the same old to just keep healthy, not really losing the weight they want to make a change. Again as with beginners, we provide a solid blue print from their measurements
• Advanced – a goal date is provided! Second, they will still have a custom routine made for them that can solidify what they know and show them a few new workouts and nutrition tips.
• Group workouts - Each week we will hold group workouts that are designed to challenge people physically and mentally. This is applied with minute drills, which allows each person to push to their best, making this open to all fitness levels. With the group push there is accountability!
