About This Class:
Your one-stop shop for upper body, lower body, core, and cardio, this circuit-style workout is made up of 1-minute exercise sets that are designed to challenge all major muscle groups. The focus of the class is strength, but you’ll have the chance to get breathless with a one-minute athletic cardio drill at the end of each strength set. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned athlete, this class offers options to scale the intensity level of each exercise to make it a complete, challenging, feel-good workout for you.

Mats, towels and equipment provided for in-class use courtesy of lululemon Mall of America. Fully stocked locker rooms with showers available for use during events.
Check-in is open 15 minutes prior to class start time. Studio is located in the back of the store next to our Fuel Space Cafe. Event guests can enjoy 20% of their purchase at Fuel Space Cafe during an event.
Parking: lululemon Mall of America is located near the West Main Mall Entrance on the 1st level. Most convenient parking is in the WEST RAMP between Nordstrom's and Macy's.
About Kirsten:
Kirsten is a certified personal trainer, fitness instructor, spin and barre instructor. She has been working in fitness for over a year-and-a-half, and is currently a fitness instructor at Lifetime Fitness in Woodbury, Minnesota. She is passionate about movement and the way it betters people, propelling them to work more effectively, love more sincerely, and live more fully.
