Guess what? It's not as hard as it looks. Though we may LOOK like experts, we just so happen to have two super talented, wonderful humans behind the scenes making all of our hispanic-inspired dishes come to life. And for the first time ever, they're sharing their family recipes & methods with you!
Join our MVPs Karen Martineze & Ricky Dixon for a night of tamale fillin', tortilla rollin' and beer drinkin'. You'll learn how to press & roll tortillas, stuff, roll & cook tamales, using our Marrow Detroit Provisions meaty mole & fillings. You'll go home with dried masa to practice at home and all of your creations you made in class. Don't forget to add on the Husk & Filling Package so you can show off your skills at home!
Of course we'll be snacking on tacos & chicharrones along the way too so come hungry!
