💖 Feed, Teach, and Love La Gente: Community Tortilla Class 💖We are absolutely thrilled to announce that Cocktails After Dusk and HotMess Sports are teaming up to launch our new community initiative: "FEED, TEACH, and LOVE LA GENTE."
We warmly invite all our neighbors and friends to our first event: a hands-on Tortilla Making Class!
Join us on Monday, November 10th from 6 PM to 8 PM at Cocktails After Dusk (8 East Bijou St., 80903).
The class will be led by the wonderful Candice Cuellar and Anastacio GarciaLiley. Whether you're a seasoned chef or just curious to learn, everyone is welcome!
Once our fresh tortillas are ready, we will all be serving and eating Tacos de Papas con Chorizo, along with other simple, affordable, and nutritious traditional Mexican dishes. We are pleased to offer a delicious VEGAN option as well, ensuring everyone can share in the meal!
Please come as you are—whether you need a free, warm meal and some community, or you're able to help support our future efforts.

The Spanish word Sobremesa refers to the cherished time spent relaxing, chatting, and enjoying each other's company after a meal. It literally translates to "over the table," and it is a key part of Mexican and Spanish culture focused on community and togetherness.
