Also, We’re looking for families, community groups, and local businesses to donate or volunteer. We need a DJ/Band willing to donate their hours, Candy Donations, Donation of Prize/Gift Basket/Card/Certificate for child &/or Puppy Costume Contest Winners, Day of Volunteers to help with operations AND Tent-or-Trear Operators:
Tent-or-Treat Operators volunteer by decorating a 10x10 tent and handing out candy along the Tent-or-Treat Trail.
Here’s what you need to know for this position:
🏕️ We can provide: a 10x10 pop-up tent. (limited supply available)
🍭 You provide: candy, decorations, and lots of festive fun!
🎃 Theme it up: Go spooky, silly, or seasonal — get creative and show off your Halloween spirit!
👧👦 Crowd size: Expect around 200-300 kiddos visiting your tent.
This is a great way to:

✨ Be part of a much-loved community tradition
✨ Spread joy to local families
