🌳Vinyasa/Yin yoga outdoors at Queen's Park
Get ready to inhale the fresh air, 🌬feel the gentle breeze against the skin/hair, 🐿watch squirrels jump between branches while stretching on the back and ☀️feel the warmth of the sun on the body in Savasana.
✅Expect to flow, sweat, feel challenged and develop strength, flexibility, balance and stamina.
🔥This class is a balanced blend of Vinyasa and Yin yoga practices where I incorporate 3 pillars of yoga:

🌬breathwork
🤸♂️physical postures
💯My yoga classes are inclusive of beginners and advanced students with pose modifications. Even if you think you're unflexible or inexperienced, you can still practice yoga to your own capacity and benefit from it. Everyone starts somewhere!
💊 We finish the class with Yin yoga, which is a healing, sweat-free and effortless practice for lasting mobility and flexibility.
