Qualified meeting planners are invited to joins us for a fun, educational networking reception on Wednesday, October 21st, from 4:00 – 7:00 pm at LeGermain Hotel Maple Leaf Square. Since this is a reception, arrival and departure times are flexible. If you are a decision-making meeting planner with a future meeting requiring at least 20 total guestrooms, you qualify! You are our guest – there is no cost to attend.
Our events give meeting planners an opportunity to interface with hotels, resorts, DMCs and other industry suppliers from around the country and the world in a relaxed and casual setting. Appetizers and drinks will be served while you mingle.
