Award Ceremony: Prepare to be inspired as we honor and recognize graduates who have made significant contributions to Topcurl's growth and success. We will also recongnize outstanding community memebers with 2024 Presidential Lifetime Acheivement Awards for their service to their communities. All of these awards celebrate excellence and dedication.
Silent Auction: We have some donated items to auction off including Designer Handbags. All auction proceded will go to the Topcurl Foundation Inc scholarship fund for inspiring beauty students.
