Qualification Rules:
Qualifying closed production is 1/1/2024 to 12/31/2024. Dollar volume and transactions are calculated on single-agent transactions... NOT team transactions. Teams are defined as an agent that shares all or more licensed agents working under them and have their sales listed/counted under the Team Leader. A two-member team who shares all transactions would be listed/counted as 1⁄2 of the dollar volume and 1⁄2 the sides per transaction. The buyer and seller transactions are calculated as one transaction each (i.e. buyer = 1 and seller = 1). In the case of a shared transaction side, it is calculated as 1⁄2 transaction 1⁄2 of the dollar volume.
