This is near the Oceanside Pier, so feel free to sketch anywhere in the area that you wish to. We'll meet at 9 instead of 10 for the best parking options. There is some street parking nearby and there are paid lots. Restrooms down the hill by the beach. The building is great but be aware that you may have to squeeze your chair between bushes or benches across the street to get a good vantage point. The throwdown will be directly across the street from the Top Gun House, on the benches, at 11:00.
