The Toowoomba Blues Jam in November will be a night time event 5-9pm at the awesome Volcanic Brewing.As the Jam moves around town to include Toowoomba’s finest drinking holes, we are excited to head to Volcanic. I had the double cheeseburger 🍔 with extra brisket there last week, I seriously walked out of there a better human and with a more positive outlook on life. Delicious.
They have built an awesome stage and the space is perfect for live music and to be able to see all the musicians.
The beer is truly something else, plenty of other wines, spirits and other goodies to keep all palettes happy.
Food available, smallish menu perfect for the Jam. They don’t do oysters 🦪 or French onion soup as a starter with those little buns and small bits of butter but it’s killer stuff they are doing I promise.
Drums, PA, Piano and Amps provided. Bring your own guitars(average house bass is available) and drumsticks.
Guitarists, pretty please tune up before getting on stage 🙏 it’s polite.
Jammers sign up ON ARRIVAL ONLY. Please try and arrive as early as possible to avoid disappointment, if you get there 3 hours late and expect to play it’s not likely to happen.
The house band kicks the night off for a few tunes then we open the list to the first names down and form a band for 2-3songs.
It is a Blues Jam so 12 Bar formats and anything Ballpark in that land works.
