Meditation is a powerful tool for inquiring into the nature of our lived experience, and has the power to be liberative and transformative. In order to do this it needs to become more than just medication for the symptoms of modern life, and become a process of compassionate inquiry and investigation.
This group will resource you to develop your personal practice, deepen into a broader sense of what meditation can be, and to cultivate your practice through question and dialogue.
