About this Event

We are offering a six-week, in-person women's empowerment group titled 'Trending Topics: For Today's Women,' featuring the fourth topic: 'Tools for Coping with Life's Stressors'.

Coping skills are one of the most discussed topics in therapeutic settings. Sometimes we think we have a handle on a problem until it gets out of control. In our society, we hear a lot about how to get happy fast, how to be better and greater faster, but not a lot about how to face difficulty and challenge. Come join our discussion about coping skills, including commonly used but ineffective coping tools, and those that may change the way you see challenges. Bring your pens, an open mind, and get ready to learn, listen, and share.

You are invited to attend any or all of the sessions and feel free to bring your lunch. There is no charge for the meetings, and beverages will be provided.
