Join us for a workshop on trauma reduction tailored to Behavior Health and Early Interventionists in partnership with Banner Family Health and Southern Arizona Trauma Network (SATIN).
**Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start time to ensure that we get you checked in and comfortable with our space upon arrival!
The goal of this workshop is to provide behavioral health and early intervention specialists with experience and skills in order to navigate past and current traumatic experiences. Experienced facilitators offer innovative techniques and insights which go beyond traditional approaches and are tailored to participants' unique needs.
By the end of this workshop, behavioral health and early intervention specialists can expect to gain practical strategies for building their capacity for managing trauma. Through introspective exercises and guided reflection, participants will deepen their understanding of their own strengths, triggers, and coping mechanisms. This heightened self-awareness supports their ability to navigate future traumas with greater insight and agency, empowering them to proactively build resilience and lead more fulfilling lives.
