Tony is best known for writing one of the most inspiring—and top-selling—country songs of all time, "The Dance,” recorded by Garth Brooks.
Garth Brooks, himself, says, “One of my favorite songwriters has to be Tony Arata.” Garth has recorded seven of Tony’s songs, and Tony also wrote No. 1 records for Patty Loveless, Lee Roy Parnell, and Clay Walker. Other artists who have recorded Tony’s songs include Reba McEntire, Bonnie Raitt, Trisha Yearwood, Emmylou Harris, and Delbert McClinton.
Eric Gnezda is the creator and host of the PBS series, Songs at the Center. He is a recipient of the Ohioana Citation for Music Composition, and he has performed regularly at Nashville’s iconic venue for songwriters, The Bluebird Cafe. Among Eric’s many achievements, he charted a Number One bluegrass hit, “Unfinished Bridges,” which he co-wrote with “Brink” Brinkman. His ballad, “Daddy’s Wheels,” won a Philby award, deemed the 2021 Number One song by Phil Maq on Detroit-area radio, WHFR-FM. He was also nominated for an Emmy award for a story he wrote and produced in Europe for American television.
Keith’s song, “Hold On,” won the People’s Choice Award in the Nashville Songwriters Association International/Country Music Television songwriting competition. He is a two-time selection to Songwriter Serenade, finishing as a finalist and semi-finalist. He has also appeared in two seasons of Songs at the Center.
