About this Event

Tonilates is a class focused on toning and lengthening the body. This class is designed to strengthen and tone while improving flexibility, stamina, mindfulness, and core strength. This class includes a warm-up and cool-down, where you will focus on centering one's breath and creating an intentional relationship with each movement.

This class will take place outdoors on the plaza at Lincoln Common. It is required to bring your own mat.

This class is part of Lincoln Park Health and Wellness Weekend.
