About this Event
At War Horse Forge, you will learn blacksmithing skills using traditional techniques. In this class you will forge a tomahawk head from a railroad spike. You must have taken at least one other class at War Horse Forge to attend the Tomahawk class.
The class is free for veterans, active duty military, first responders, and their family members (attending with them as a battle buddy)and limited to 6 people. Each attendee needs to register individually and must be at least 18 years old. We are located on our farm in Stafford, Virginia.
A $25 fee is charged when you register for a class. Upon completion of the class, you can choose to have your $25 refunded (minus Eventbrite fees), use it toward the purchase of a T-shirt, or donate it to War Horse Forge. We hope this nominal (and refundable) fee will ensure those who sign up for a class do show up as we often have waitlists. If this fee is a hardship, please let us know (540/538-7453).
