We're thrilled to announce that singer-songwriter Tom Speight will be returning to the shop on Tuesday 30th September. He'll be playing live in-store from 6.30pm to celebrate the release of his brand new album, 'Perfect Strangers'. Fresh from a headline tour of Brazil and Argentina, Tom has announced his third full-length, 'Perfect Strangers', an album all about the "unexpected, beautiful connections we make". A prolific songwriter and live performer, Tom has already supported the likes of Ed Sheeran, Lewis Capaldi, Snow Patrol and Stereophonics, as well as festival appearances at Glastonbury and Victorious, and headline shows at venues including Islington Assembly Hall.
Tom first visited us for our RSD Live event in 2019 to support his debut full-length 'Collide'. He returned for the subsequent albums 'Everything's Waiting For You' and 'Love & Light' which both made the Top 10 of the Official Albums Sales Charts and Top 5 of the Independent Albums and Record Store Charts. He's racked up an impressive ten consecutive BBC Radio 2-playlisted singles and regularly soundtracks TV episodes, from Love Island to Netflix dramas. Tom has also appeared on TV himself on numerous occasions, raising awareness as an ambassador for Crohn's & Colitis UK.
