About this Event
Authors and pop culture bloggers Tom Fitzgerald and Lorenzo Marquez will give a talk and answer audience questions about how RuPaul’s Drag Race pulls from and pays homage to dozens of LGBTQ cultural traditions and figures going back over a hundred years, with a reading from their best-selling book Legendary Children: The First Decade of RuPaul’s Drag and the Last Century of Queer Life.
