On Tuesday 18 November 2025, United Cellars invites you to an extraordinary dinner at NOMAD Surry Hills, celebrating three of Australia’s most distinguished producers: Tolpuddle, MMAD and Shaw & Smith. This is a rare opportunity to explore the artistry of modern Australian winemaking in a single, carefully curated evening.
The evening begins with the lifted freshness of MMAD Chenin Blanc 2024, setting the tone for discovery. From there, the focus turns to Chardonnay, with a remarkable progression of styles and vintages: the finely etched Tolpuddle Chardonnay 2024, the benchmark elegance of Shaw & Smith M3 Chardonnay 2024, the mineral intensity of the 2023 Lenswood Vineyard Chardonnay, and the chance to taste back to the celebrated 2016 M3 Chardonnay, showing the evolution and ageing potential of this icon.
Pinot Noir lovers will be treated to a side-by-side comparison of Shaw & Smith Pinot Noir 2023 and the superbly poised Tolpuddle Pinot Noir 2024, demonstrating the diversity of expression across regions and vineyards.
The red flight crescendos with Shiraz, from the supple and energetic Shaw & Smith Shiraz 2022 and the layered depth of its 2016 vintage, to the single-vineyard precision of the Balhannah Vineyard Shiraz 2022, concluding with the vibrant MMAD Shiraz 2023.
Each wine will be paired with NOMAD’s acclaimed modern Australian cuisine, designed to enhance and highlight the unique character of every pour.
