togethertogether: Support session for people estranged from family

TogetherTogether is a collective of private practitioners running online support groups for people aged 18+ experiencing family estrangement from a parent, child or sibling.

The session is a facilitated group space where you can meet others who are estranged from a parent, child or sibling. There will be a reflective exercise led by the team followed by facilitated small groups to share with others your experience of living life as someone who is estranged and explore how you cope with this.

People have found these groups validate and offer a perspective to the estranged life - an experience they have been dealing with in isolation.
