Together yoga. 4 week series of yoga for Mothers with Babies

Welcome Moms and Babies :)
The class will involve activating, yet gentle movement and nice (so much needed for Moms;) stretches, letting you to discover some spaciousness and relief in your body. We will move and breathe consciously, (re)connecing with the outer and inner body.
The class is dedicated to all, also beginners.
The babies will join, so naturally we do not expect calm, “disturbance free” meeting . (Breast)feeding, changing diapers and whatever you or your baby need, is welcome!
Please bring your yoga mat, blanket for a baby, their toys and food.
I have some yoga mats to borrow, but please let me know in advance that you will need one.

The class is recommended for Moms from 6 weeks after the natural birth and 8 weeks after the C-section. Please talk to your barnmorska or doctor if you have any concerns. And listen to your body :)

The time and dates
Wednesday, 9:30-10:30
(there is no rush after the class, take your time, feed the baby, chat with other Moms, rest, etc.;)
3/9, 10/9, 17/9, 24/9
(It is ok to skip one class. There will be other series next month and you can join then instead ;)

Location:
Ungdomens Hus, Sal 19, 4th floor (entrance from Torpgatan 21, the door on the left)

Important info
The place is located on the 4th floor and there is NO elevator. Also, there is a yard and place under the roof where you could leave the stroller, but the is NO supervision.
