This World Mental Health Day, we want you to come out and play.
Join us for a morning of movement, connection and fun.
It's free, but spaces are limited so Eventbrite registration is essential to guarantee your entry.

7:30am – 8:15am: Elevate your spirite and stretch your body during the vinyasa flow. Hosted by Yalla Yoga.

7:00am - 11.00am: Get your extra fitness fix, chill, hang out with friends and meet new ones at our lululemon zones:
- The Extra Mile - meet our lululemon Run Ambassadors who will share their tips and techniques to help you go further (from achieving your first 3k to how to prepare for a marathon)
- Clarity Finding Purpose, Vision and Goals workshops
- The Fitness Challenge - You have to play to win!
- Refresh and Recover - Your Cool down spots
- Fuel Up – complimentary drinks and healthy bites to nourish your body
In case you were wondering…
All sessions are suitable for men and women of all levels - ages 16+
Dresscode: Sportswear – dress to keep cool. Dont forget to take a SUN Screen and cap. Event is outdoor.
Yoga Mats will be provided when required.
Complimentary Valet Parking will be available on a first come basis.
