About this Event

Join us this March at Girdwood Community Hub for our Together Type 1 Young Person and Parent/Carer Wellbeing Day. The session for young people will be ran by Action Mental Health and AWARE with support from young people living with type 1 diabetes, providing techniques to support your wellbeing whilst living with type 1 diabetes. There will be a wellbeing session for parents/carers as well as discussions with healthcare professionals. Lunch will be provided. The session will run from 10:15am to 3:30pm.
