Dearest Women,
We are delighted to invite you to participate in an exciting new community project focused on developing resilience BY WOMEN FOR WOMEN.
Key features of the project:
1. Connect with women from Exeter to form a supportive network.
2. Participate in shaping future resilience training.
3. Engage in sessions designed to develop your resilience skills.
Participation will involve:
- Attending our community engagement session on the 12th of October
- Share with others your ideas as to how we can become more resilient
- Listen to other women and share your experiences
The plan for the community session is:
• Get a sense of togetherness and who we are.
• Tapping into our potential.
• Inspire each other and co-create together the next steps towards becoming more resilient.
• Harvest group and individual insights and plan the next steps
