A 6-Week Journey for Teens + Their Plus One
Created & led by: Annie Wagoner of Core Nourishment
A holistic, 6-week yoga journey designed to foster connection, mindfulness, and balance between teens and their chosen “plus one” — whether a parent, older sibling, guardian, or mentor. Each 90-minute class blends breathwork, mindful movement, playful exploration, strength building, restorative poses, and meditation.
Structure per class:
→10 min: Opening circle + theme introduction
→5 min: Breathwork / centering
→35 min: Flow + playful movement
→15 min: Partner or strengthening practice
→20 min: Yin / restorative + meditation
→5 min: Closing reflection
