Together at the Threshold is a monthly lunchtime gathering for anyone carrying grief, loss, or the weight of life. This is a gentle, grief-aware, death-conscious circle held once a month during the lunch hour. It is not therapy or a traditional grief group, and there is no expectation to share, fix, or process anything. You’re welcome to speak, listen, write quietly, or simply be present.
Grief and loss show up in many forms. This space acknowledges not only the death of loved ones, but also changes in relationships, work, home, identity, and the quieter losses that come with transition and change. The intention is to create space to pause, be witnessed, and sit with what is here, without urgency or explanation.
After the facilitated circle, participants are welcome to stay for an optional, unstructured social hour for casual conversation, connection, and questions related to death work and similar topics.
