Hello parents! I would love to invite you to my FREE weekly family support group on Wednesdays 3-5 at Stafford Park. This group is mostly newborns and their parents but we welcome all ages, family members, and caregivers to come along. No facilitation or registration, just come as you are for a super chill park hangout.My name is Caitlin and I am a local doula, massage therapist, and yoga instructor with a private practice called Together Birth & Body near downtown RWC. I often host along with my daughters Olivia (9) and Eleanor (5) but Olivia’s basketball games conflict with the schedule right now! I have a WhatsApp group of over 100 new parents and we check in there to see who is coming every week.
