A group exhibition brought to you by working ceramic artists from the Auckland region.
Connected by their passion and commitment to ceramic art, the Claybenders group have all studied the New Zealand Diploma in Arts and Design Ceramics through Otago Polytechnic at the Auckland Studio Potters location.
Feature Artist
Ceramic artist Margaret Bray has won multiple awards for her ceramic work. Her sculptures are wood fired in a kiln she built in 2013, a 17 hour ritual that adds a richness and tension to works so readily informed by Margaret's observation of the natural world.
Join us to view the creative response of 17 ceramic artists who have put their own interpretation in clay on the maxim Together - Apart.
