We begin in a relaxed way with casual sharing, intentions, and fun facts. A warm, welcoming space to transition out of your day and into something more intentional 🤍
Partner Yoga Flow (40 min) 🧘‍♀️
A gentle, beginner-friendly yoga flow designed for pairs. You’ll move through supported stretches and balancing poses that encourage trust, breath, and rhythm together. If you come solo, you’re fully supported—you may practice on your own or join someone. No experience needed.
Connection Through Play (30 min) 🎴
Thoughtful card prompts that invite real conversation and curiosity—going beyond small talk, without forced sharing.
Tea & Bites (20 min) ☕
Herbal teas, refreshing drinks, and light bites. Sit, connect, or simply breathe by the beach.
Closing Sound Bath (25 min) 🔔
Crystal bowls and gentle vibrations guide you into deep relaxation. Leave feeling calm, grounded, and whole.
