Learn the traditional method of making Tofu or Tempeh and how you can do it in your kitchen. As always our workshop will be hands on, plenty of tasting as well as looking at in depth cultural history of Japanese food / Indonesian food and how Tofu / Tempeh is used. If your experience of tofu has been rather plain until now then we will show you just how delicious it can be, fresh from the press!
