Join us at the Tofino Community Hall in Tofino, BC for a weekend full of Food, Live Music, Bubbles, Oysters, and Fundraising!
The Tofino Oyster Festival is the spirited evolution of the beloved Clayoquot Oyster Festival, which ran for over 20 years and captured the hearts (and taste buds) of locals and visitors alike.
This year, we’re building on that legacy by adding a deeper layer of purpose by turning Oyster Fest into a fundraiser supporting two incredible local charities: Redd Fish Restoration Society and Food Bank On The Edge.

*All aspects of the building are accessible by wheelchair.
*Must be 19+ to attend Friday + Saturday – two pieces of identification are required.
* Sunday is all-ages + kids under 12 are free.
Friday November 21: Mermaid's Ball. A vibrant costume party and coastal cocktail affair to kick off the weekend with live music, shucking stations, and a curated bar of handcrafted drinks and coveted spirits.
Always a favourite, this event sets the tone for the full weekend
Saturday November 22: Oyster Fest Gala. An intimate, cocktail-style evening where Tofino’s top chefs serve up the region’s best oysters. Guests sip, sample, and vote on their favourite, crowning the “Best Tofino Oyster” of 2025.
New this year: we’ll also host a live auction during the evening, raising funds for our featured local charities. It’s that perfect blend of party and purpose — the ultimate feel-good night for a coast we love!
Sunday November 23: The Shucker's Showdown. Professional and amateur shuckers from around the world go shell-to-shell in a fast-paced finale for the title of top Tofino Shucker. With all-you-can-eat fresh oysters and a DJ firing up the high-energy crowd, it’s a perfect finish to the weekend.
