We will use this time to incorporate Pilates into fun, playful activities, such as movements like rolling, balancing & body awareness games into their daily play.This will be a fun, lighthearted workshop to spend time with your mini + build a bond doing something you love!
Please bring a yoga mat & pre register. This workshop will be at our Washington Township Location.
