About this Event
Join Arlington Yoga Center for a special Toddler & Me Yoga class at Cheeky Monkeys Arlington! This session is designed for parents and their little ones to connect through movement, music, and sensory exploration. Registration is required. We cannot accommodate walk-ins at this time.
What to expect:
* Sensory Play Time: Engage your toddler's senses with fun and interactive activities.
* Yoga for Parents & Kids: Enjoy gentle yoga poses adapted for both you and your child, promoting flexibility, balance, and bonding.
* Music Fun: Sing, dance, and move to engaging tunes that will keep everyone entertained.
Optional:
After class, the fun continues! Feel free to stay and play by purchasing an hour of admission to Cheeky Monkeys' fantastic play area, where your toddlers can explore and burn off some extra energy

* Provided: Yoga mats and props will be available.
* Please Note: No outside food or drink is permitted. We cannot accommodate walk-ins. Registration is required.

* Socks Required: Don't forget to bring socks for everyone to wear in the Cheeky Monkeys play area after class!
