About this Event
Come strengthen your bond and get fit together with delightful workouts and outdoor adventures! Bring your young ones to complete different exercises perfect to do as a family. Exercising with your child instills the importance of physical activity and a healthy lifestyle from an early age, setting the foundation for a lifetime of fitness habits. This program is open to all families! Parents/guardians should actively participate in the class with their child.
***An NYC Parks Recreation Center membership is required to participate in program. Membership is free for youth and young adults 24 years old and under.***
***Please bring in a valid NYS driver's license/non-driver's ID, IDNYC, or passport for identification.***
