Steve Fowler's sister owns the premier craft brewery in Vegas - CraftHaus. For the last three years, we have had friends meet here and share stories during DICE. This year, we are getting serious! We are bringing in a local chef who will create food pairings to go with four of CraftHaus's beers - Evocation-Saison, BrickHaus-Red Ale, Hop Vegas-West Coast IPA and Belgard-Cold Brew Coffee Stout. Take a break from the strip and join us in the "hip" part of town for a night to remember.
