Theme: Managing Burnout

As we approach the end of the year, many of us feel the weight of end-of-year pressures — whether it's academic deadlines, holiday expectations, or personal reflections on the past year.

With today’s fast-paced, efficiency-driven culture, burnout has become a well-known phenomenon. It is a state of mental, physical and emotional exhaustion, reducing productivity and sapping our energy. Learning how to manage this is crucial to helping us stay engaged in a meaningful life. Join us as we take a pause to reflect on how burnout has been affecting us, and learn simple tools to manage this.

Goals:

  • Experience a personal connection with the Calm Collective community
  • Share your thoughts and feelings in a safe, no-judgement zone
  • Learn from each other's experiences

Reviews from our past participants:

“Calm Circles is a great space for people who need the human touch to come and connect, especially during this time when we need to be kind to ourselves and each other.”

“I was also very encouraged and pleasantly surprised at what an authentic and respectful conversation about feelings we can have with strangers in an Asian context.”

“I liked that it was an open and affirming space! It allowed everyone to share some things in their personal life that they recognised as points of pain and learning. The sharing also made it such a precious space of growth.”
