Be entertained by the story of a two month South American odyssey! From a successful 360degree traverse and summit of Aconcagua (6,962m) the highest mountain in the Southern hemisphere, to independent solo trekking through Patagonia’s dramatically varied landscapes.Travelling from Mendoza through the National Parks of Hahuel Huapi, Cerro Castillo, Los Glaciares and Torres Del Paine to reach Tierra del Fuego, Adam’s talk will inspire exploration of the Argentinian and Chilean Andes down at the ‘Uttermost Part of the Earth’!
This show is open to all and free to all, regardless of whether you are a Rucksack Club member or not. Doors open at 7pm and the show starts at 7.30pm voluntary donations and a raffle in support of a different climbing related charity at each event.
If you like your slideshow accompanied with a little refreshment, you can bring your own booze, and the Summit Up cafe will be serving brews, cakes and pizza before the show.
If you can’t make it in person, the shows will also all be on Zoom so you can enjoy them from the comfort of your sofa.
