About this Event
This two-hour self-love experience is designed to help guests slow down, reconnect, and realign with themselves. Through intentional grounding, guided self-reflection, a full-body Pilates flow, and a creative self-improvement activity, participants will explore what self-love looks like in their current season of life.
The experience begins with breathwork and gentle movement to calm the nervous system, followed by reflective journaling to uncover personal intentions. Guests will then move through an empowering Pilates flow before creating a personalized aspirational card as a meaningful takeaway. The session closes with a grounding reflection, leaving guests feeling centered, empowered, and deeply connected to themselves.
