What is a good life? And what can we do to die well? When we don't deny death but instead engage with our own mortality, we begin to live more and more in the present moment. As a result, we are less distracted by all the little things and fears, by the spirals of our thoughts—we increasingly focus on what truly matters.This makes our life more relaxed—and at the same time, we are better able to engage with the dying process and prepare for our own death. When we see death as a part of life, it helps us find peace in life and also allows us to die with ease when the time comes—to face this process with a clear mind and without fear.
Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche will explain the Tibetan view on death and show us how it can help us lead a better, more relaxed life.
