tm talks is all about connecting with others, feeling inspired, recognizing your confidence and power, having fun and making new friends. The tm talks reTREAT was built to spend the day and night together to have nonstop smiles on our faces, to learn, grow and have a full heart and mind. The agenda has been built to encourage everyone to feel inspired, enjoy the OC vibes and have an EPIC time.

Friday, April 11th

12:00pm: Registration and Lunch

1:20pm: Panel Intro

1:30pm-2:15pm: Panel Discussion

2:15pm: Fieldtrip to Petes Merchantile (5 min walk from Coastal Chateau)

3:00pm: Back to Coastal Chateau

3:10pm-4:00pm: Breakout Bonding with Drew, Nichole, Sarah and Sarah

4:00pm-4:30pm: tm talks Takeaways

4:45pm-6:00pm: Rooftop Happy Hour

6:00pm-7:00pm: Boardwalk/ Free Time

7:00pm: Rooftop Pajama Pizza Party

If you plan to stay overnight and have not yet made your hotel reservation please contract me, Colleen at 610.742.5508. The cost for the Pizza Party and Breakfast on Saturday will be a separate cost and I will contact you to coordinate.

8:00am-9:00am: Pilates Yoga MashUp with Connect Fitness Studio + Dharma Yoga Collab

9:30am-10:30am: Healthy Bitts to Craze Breakfast Table Chats (Collab between Bitt Nutrition and Craze by Cole)

11:00am-1:00pm: Volunteer at the Ocean City Humane Society
