Join our TLC Culinary Club for their annual degustation dinner from 6:00pm on Saturday 30 August or Saturday 13 September in the Main Administration Building's Staffroom here at TLC.This is a ticketed event with limited seating. Led by Chef Ben Milbourne, our Culinary Club will cook and serve guests five courses of modern Australian cuisine with a focus on fresh Australian produce.

Please be advised that due to the complexity of the dishes being prepared by our students, we are only able to offer Gluten Free or Vegetarian dietary options. The menu will contain seafood and dairy.
Seating will be allocated based on RSVPs, there is no need to book a specific table.
