As an author of two bestselling books, including the Wall Street Journal bestseller 'Gratitude Through Hard Times,' I teach a heartfelt yet data driven and scientifically backed approach to business. My approach prioritizes slowing down, committing to the generosity of service, forging cross-functional connections, focusing on priorities that drive value, and creating a culture of recognition, appreciation, and belonging within professional environments.
