On February 6, the City will host the final community meeting on the draft comprehensive plan amendment and land development regulations for the Canaveral Heights neighborhood. The City will present illustrations and answer questions about the new policies and zoning standards.The amendment is part of the City’s titusvilletomorrow project. In 2018, the City embarked on an ambitious effort to strengthen the comprehensive plan and foster redevelopment opportunities in the downtown, commercial (gateway) corridors, and most recently in the Canaveral Heights neighborhood.
